The Role:
You'll be joining a friendly and knowledgeable sales support team, where you'll play a key role in helping customers find the right solutions for their needs. This is a technical role with a strong customer service focus - you'll be:Handling incoming product enquiriesUnderstanding technical requirements and advising on the most suitable equipmentPreparing quotes and pricing information from technical drawings and product specificationsProviding technical guidance over the phone, including support during equipment installation
The Person:No specific industry experience is required, but you'll need to demonstrate:A strong technical aptitude - mechanical or electrical engineering background is a big plus but very open to industry!The ability to understand and work from technical drawingsExcellent communication skills - in person and over the phoneEnthusiasm, curiosity, and a willingness to learnA proactive, customer-first attitudeFull UK Driving license (UK travel included)Whether you've recently graduated in engineering or have practical technical experience and are now looking for a more people-focused role, this is a fantastic stepping stone.
