Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you! 

Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!

Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Your missions

Analyse project requests and design feasible technical solutions from our portfolio

Perform basic engineering design (single line diagrams, conceptual control/protection/telecom systems)

Clarify technical details with clients through qualification meetings and ensure accurate documentation

Prepare quotations including technical descriptions, cost estimations, and related documentation

Support internal teams by providing technical expertise during pre-sales activities

Follow-up proposals with business teams and ensure smooth handover to execution teams

Your profile

Master’s degree in Electromechanical or Electrical Engineering

Interest in medium-voltage and/or protection systems

Basic knowledge of networking and communication systems

1–3 years of experience in electrical distribution or transport systems

Project management experience is a plus

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

Fluent in English and Dutch (French is an asset)

Strong communication skills and ability to work as a team player

You are flexible, responsive to change, and able to work under pressure on multiple bids
