Learn and work to support the Injection Molding, Assembly, and Special Process facilities through hands-on activities.   Work towards developing the people, processes, procedures, and equipment used in our operations.  Learn to evaluate equipment, make recommendations for improvement, and when applicable executetheir own recommendations.  Learn and demonstrate how to quote and launch new injection molding,assembly, and/or special process equipment within North America.  Learn to understand scientific molding principles, eDART and related equipment.  Expected to be very hands-on and learn to work with our plants to improve equipment related issues that are impacting plant performance.
