**Job Summary** We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist II with a strong background in Service Desk and Infrastructure Management hiring. In this role, you will be responsible for driving full-cycle recruitment to support our IT operations and managed services functions, ensuring timely hiring of high-quality candidates. You’ll partner closely with business stakeholders to understand workforce needs and deliver talent that drives business success. **Duties and Responsibilities** + Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles in Service Desk, Infrastructure Management, and others as needed. + Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, sourcing strategy, and hiring timelines. + Utilize multiple sourcing channels (job boards, employee referrals, and internal database) to build strong talent pipelines. + Conduct initial screenings, evaluate technical fit (in collaboration with hiring managers), and coordinate interviews. + Drive a best-in-class candidate experience, maintaining professional communication and timely updates. + Ensure recruitment SLAs such as time-to-fill, time-to-offer, and candidate pipeline quality are met. + Track and maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment reports. + Maintain compliance with company policies and local labor regulations. + Collaborate with TA peers on employer branding initiatives and continuous process improvement. **Basic Qualifications** + 3–5 years of recruitment experience, with 2+ years focused on hiring for Service Desk and Infrastructure Management roles. + Solid understanding of IT services frameworks, shift-based support models, and L1–L3 support structures. + Proven experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment. + Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. + Hands-on experience with ATS tools. + Proficient in using sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, etc. + Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, sourcing strategy, and hiring timelines. + Utilize multiple sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, and internal database) to build strong talent pipelines. + Conduct initial screenings, evaluate technical fit (in collaboration with hiring managers), and coordinate interviews. + Drive a best-in-class candidate experience, maintaining professional communication and timely updates. + Ensure recruitment SLAs such as time-to-fill, time-to-offer, and candidate pipeline quality are met. + Track and maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment reports. + Maintain compliance with company policies and local labor regulations. + Collaborate with TA peers on employer branding initiatives and continuous process improvement. **Preferred Qualifications** + Prior experience supporting a global IT services organization. + Exposure to diversity hiring practices in India. + Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; certification in recruitment or sourcing is a plus.
