We are seeking a Technical Recruiter to support our client's growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, identifying and attracting top talent across various engineering and technical disciplines. While experience in hardware recruiting is a plus, the ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of technical recruiting strategies and a passion for sourcing highly skilled professionals in a competitive market.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to recruit senior and niche candidates in highly specialized fields.
* Source and engage candidates through multiple channels, including direct sourcing, industry networking, research, referrals, and online platforms.
* Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and provide strategic recruitment guidance.
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to facilitating interviews, extending offers, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
* Build and maintain talent pipelines to proactively meet future hiring needs.
* Attend team meetings, contribute to sourcing strategies, and represent the company at job fairs, conferences, and networking events.
* Drive an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, facilitating scheduling, and providing on-site support as needed.
* Collaborate with HR and hiring teams to continuously improve recruitment processes and best practices.
* Conduct supervisor training on recruitment processes, interview techniques, and best hiring practices.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
* Proven experience recruiting across various engineering disciplines, with hardware recruiting experience preferred but not required.
* Experience in technical recruiting within clean energy, hard tech, or deep tech industries is a plus.
* Strong ability to source, attract, and engage candidates in competitive markets.
* Excellent problem-solving, conflict resolution, negotiation, and analytical skills.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Passion for delivering an outstanding experience to candidates, new hires, and hiring managers.
* Highly flexible, innovative, detail-oriented, and organized.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
