We achieve growth through the development of innovative new products and services, including lighting, lighting controls, building management solutions, and location-aware applications. **Job Summary** We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Project Manager to project manager our Electronics Controls/Drivers/Emergency product development projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and driving the planning, execution, and delivery of assigned Electronics projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders. This will enable us to accelerate Electronics growth, velocity and productivity! **Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)** + Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. + Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. + Manage expectations properly and will timely escalate deviations, risk and quality concerns in a constructive, solution-driven manner. + Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project status, milestones, and any changes to the project plan. + Can work with our product, sourcing, manufacturing team and engineering squads implementing the Agile and Waterfall methodology + Leads, inspires, influences the team to work according to the product development system with phase gates, milestones and predefined deliverables. + Understands power electronics and software development to a level that you can lead and challenge the team. + Drive KPI compliance in the teams, including but not limited to phase gate compliance, productivity improvement, and zero quality (design) defects. **Skills and Minimum Experience Required** + Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in electronics or minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, preferably in an electronics manufacturing environment. + Strong communicator and team player. + Proven experience as a Hardware and Software Project Manager or in a similar role in Project Management. + Strong understanding of product development life cycle and Agile/Waterfall methodologies. + Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. + Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. + Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. + Proficiency in project management tools and software. **Preferred Skills and Experience** + PMP or Scrum Master certification. + Experience with project management + Knowledge of product development life cycle and design methodologies **Travel Requirements** + 1-20% We value diversity and are an equal opportunity employer.
