Technical Project Manager - NYC
Job Description • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required, Master Degree or MBA or other advanced degree is preferred. • Demonstrated success in the management of large, complex, highly interrelated programs / projects is required. • Ability to liaise and align with partners and third-party vendors • Demonstrated analytical skills including understanding of financial principles, data interpretation and how to leverage this knowledge to make sound business decisions and/or recommendations is required. • Leadership experience with collaborating, networking and influencing in a matrix organization is required. • Ability to act as a change agent and adapt to changing business and organizational dynamics is required. • Thorough knowledge of the consumer healthcare industry or relevant experience in industry preferred. • Ability to collaborate, shape and influence key stakeholders and cross-functional leadership in a matrix organization is required. • Ability to manage high levels of ambiguity and risk required. • Excellent communication (verbal & written) and facilitation skills are required. • Must have the ability to interact with all levels of management and lead discussions without line authority to create alignment of senior cross-functional stakeholders. • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and deliver results required. • This role follows a hybrid model with a minimum of four days per week in the New York City office. Skills and Requirements • Mid-level relevant business experience with cross-functional experience, for example, but not limited to R&D, Engineering, Supply Chain, Marketing or Finance is required. • A minimum of 5 years of experience in portfolio / project management is required. • Payment Platform experience and general payment industry acumen preferred • Demonstrated experience using PM tools to manage the project portfolio preferred. • Experience in Process Excellence/Six Sigma/Lean methodologies preferred. • PMP/Scrum Agile certification and / or other industry and project management certification is preferred. null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
