Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programsProven ability to utilize analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down objectives into manageable tasksDemonstrated technical proficiency and experience with relevant platforms and software tools/technologiesExperience in resource optimization and/or resource planningProficient in stakeholder management, with a track record of establishing productive working relationships and driving mutually beneficial outcomesExperience managing diverse sets of stakeholders, establishing productive working relationships with cross-functional teams, clients, and managing project governanceCreative thinker and problem-solver with excellent judgment and follow-through Extensive experience planning and coordination skills to effectively drive multiple projects in an organized, detail-focused mannerStrong time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and keep numerous projects on trackExcellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex information simply and clearly to senior business leaders
