Role & Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects simultaneouslyDevelop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgetsSupport demand creation and establish business substantiation value Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to senior managementEnsure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budgetBuild and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and senior leadershipFacilitate effective communication across teams and departmentsAdherence to Alstom Digital Services project management cycle

Work Experience

Required Skills (Technical Competency)

8+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a multi-project environmentStrong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skillsExperience in the field of Augmented Reality (AR) / Virtual Reality (VR)Experience in the Software Application Development (Real-time 3D Application) and SDLC Experience in understanding  the Future Technology Roadmap and Develop Business Case Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reportingProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook ,PowerPoint and ExcelStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExperience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reportingAbility to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Desired Skills

PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certificationsExperience working with senior executives and managing high-stakes projectsFamiliarity with project management tools
