This tech PM will work within the People Enablement Technology team to support various objectives surrounding their Oracle Retail Management Suite. Skills and Requirements 7+ years experience as a Technical Project Manager with an adept understanding of Technicality /technology (enough to understand and manage work/tasks).  Excellent communication capabilities to present in front of team.  Retail experience.  Scrum and agile implementation experience. - Experience with Oracle RMS - Experience overseeing technical projects with the following tools/technologies: Kafka, Java consumer message writing, Database architecture. - Proficiency to understand, document and mitigate risk - Hands on experience working with teams of engineers (can develop a technical story line).  Capable of driving the projects from scratch with RACI, execution plan, milestones, risks etc. -Strong understanding of RMS Architecture null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
