Kforce has a client in Los Angeles, CA that is seeking a Technical Project Manager responsible for managing, planning and executing tactical and strategic projects within Technology. The Technical Project Manager will bring a value-driven mindset and focus on solving problems and delivering value as well as influencing a culture of change and continuous improvement. Responsibilities: * Manage, plan, and execute tactical and strategic technology projects, with a particular focus on software development initiatives * Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring adherence to defined scope, budget, and timelines * Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and documentation * Act as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication * Identify, assess, and manage potential project risks, dependencies, and issues, developing mitigation strategies and contingency plans * Drive and enforce quality standards throughout the project lifecycle to ensure alignment with technical requirements and business objectives * Maintain accurate project documentation, including timelines, status reports, risk registers, KPIs, and meeting notes * Provide regular progress updates and executive summaries to senior leadership * Demonstrate strong understanding and application of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to set, measure, and align project goals with organizational priorities
