As a Technical Project Manager on the Train Domain team, you will lead customer-facing projects focused on developing and populating customized training environments within the Millennium electronic health record system. This role involves partnering directly with healthcare organizations to understand their specific training data needs and translating those requirements into realistic, scenario-based data environments. These environments are a critical part of helping clinicians and other end users prepare for the practical, day-to-day use of Millennium.
In this role, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and facilitating the population of training data that mirrors real-world clinical workflows and patient scenarios. Familiarity with clinical workflows and prior experience with the Millennium system are necessary to tailor the training environments effectively and ensure relevant, practical content for end users. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to align on timelines, ensure data accuracy, and meet project goals.
To support data loading and environment preparation, you will utilize various internal automation tools and processes designed to streamline and scale the environment build process. Familiarity with these tools—or the ability to quickly learn and apply them—will be key to your success.
