Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Technical Project Manager to join the team with one of our financial services clients located in Jersey City and New York City. The role will require 3 days per week onsite, ideally 2 days in Jersey City and 1 day in New York City. You will lead technology initiatives with a strong emphasis on vendor management, information security, and risk oversight. This role is critical in ensuring IT projects involving third-party vendors meet regulatory and operational standards. You will work closely with the Procurement team and the Front Line Unit (FLU) of Investment Banking, as well as with partners in Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Information Security. Responsibilities will include the following: -Lead and manage end-to-end IT project delivery involving third-party vendors, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, budget, and regulatory expectations -Collaborate directly with the Procurement team to support contract negotiation, onboarding, due diligence, and ongoing vendor governance -Partner with the Investment Banking Front Line Unit (FLU) to understand business needs and deliver secure, compliant solutions that align with front-line objectives -Conduct vendor risk assessments in partnership with Information Security and Information Risk Management teams -Maintain audit-ready documentation of vendor and project activities, including control assessments, regulatory responses, and remediation tracking -Ensure alignment with banking industry regulatory requirements (OCC, FDIC, Federal Reserve) and internal governance frameworks (FFIEC, NIST) -Track project progress, manage dependencies, and communicate updates through Excel and Jira -Prepare and present risk and project updates to senior management and cross-functional stakeholders We are a company committed to creating inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
