Technical Project Manager
Job Description we are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager (TPM) to join their IT Operations team in a hybrid role. This TPM will support the successful execution of over 20 active IT initiatives spanning infrastructure, security, compliance, and end-user experience. The ideal candidate will bring strong project coordination skills with hands-on experience managing Microsoft-centric infrastructure projects, especially around Intune, Entra ID, Azure AD, and M365 security policies. This is a high-impact role focused on reducing risk, ensuring execution quality, and helping drive the adoption of modern platforms across the enterprise. Key Responsibilities   Own and coordinate IT infrastructure projects from inception to completion.   Manage project portfolios using ASANA; track risks, issues, and project status.   Lead efforts to migrate systems and tools from legacy platforms to modern Microsoft-based solutions.   Act as a bridge between technical engineering teams, operations, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment.   Capture, analyze, and document project requirements and technical details.   Drive onboarding and deployment of Microsoft Intune Suite, Entra ID, and other Microsoft tools.   Create technical documentation including architectural diagrams and knowledge base articles.   Lead vendor and partner coordination, ensuring high-quality execution.   Perform lessons-learned analysis and feedback sessions to improve future initiatives. Maintain project continuity and momentum during leadership transitions.
