Role Overview: This role manages engineering projects, supports manufacturing, and coordinates with internal teams and overseas suppliers. The position reports directly to the Technical Program Manager. Responsibilities: + Coordinate cross-functional teams, including directors of hardware engineering and supply chain, during project initiation, progress tracking, scope adjustments, and strategic updates + Manage vendor relationships, including overseas suppliers + Prioritize projects based on timelines, resources, and business needs + Review and approve project timelines, costs, and deliverables + Communicate with internal and external stakeholders + Apply mechanical engineering to resolve technical issues Requirements: + Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field + Experience in an engineering role within mechanical design or manufacturing + Experience managing projects and coordinating across teams + Experience working with overseas vendors + Familiarity with UL, TUV, and IEC standards + Strong communication and organizational skills Core Skills: + Mechanical Engineering + Project Management + Cross-functional Coordination + Stakeholder Management Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $105000.00 - $120000.00/yr. Hours: Mon - Thurs: 8am - 5pmFri: 8am - 2pmNo more that 40 hours per week Company has just under 100 employees, about 50 of them are on site here in Windsor. The other half are field sales engineers who are degreed engineers who are all over North America, meeting with their customers and distributors, and pushing their products.
