Technical Project Manager
Role Overview:

This role manages engineering projects, supports manufacturing, and coordinates with internal teams and overseas suppliers. The position reports directly to the Technical Program Manager.

Responsibilities:Coordinate cross-functional teams, including directors of hardware engineering and supply chain, during project initiation, progress tracking, scope adjustments, and strategic updatesManage vendor relationships, including overseas suppliersPrioritize projects based on timelines, resources, and business needsReview and approve project timelines, costs, and deliverablesCommunicate with internal and external stakeholdersApply mechanical engineering to resolve technical issuesRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fieldExperience in an engineering role within mechanical design or manufacturingExperience managing projects and coordinating across teamsExperience working with overseas vendorsFamiliarity with UL, TUV, and IEC standardsStrong communication and organizational skillsCore Skills:Mechanical EngineeringProject ManagementCross-functional CoordinationStakeholder Management

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $105000.00 - $120000.00/yr.

Hours:
Mon - Thurs: 8am - 5pm
Fri: 8am - 2pm
No more that 40 hours per week

Company has just under 100 employees, about 50 of them are on site here in Windsor. The other half are field sales engineers who are degreed engineers who are all over North America, meeting with their customers and distributors, and pushing their products. The engineering department itself has 14 people.
