Overview We are seeking a highly organized and technically adept Technical Project Manager to lead, coordinate, and manage cross-functional initiatives across our JIRA platform, and oversee campaign management and deployments on Adobe Real-Time CDP (RTCDP) and Adobe Campaign that will be within the SEAO Markets. The ideal candidate will bridge marketing and technology teams, ensuring smooth delivery of data-driven marketing initiatives with a strong focus on governance, automation, and stakeholder communication. Responsibilities Project Management Project Configuration: Create and manage JIRA projects, configure custom workflows, issue types, fields, screens, and permissions tailored to the needs of marketing and technical teams. Process Governance: Define and maintain governance over JIRA usage across teams to ensure consistency and data integrity in ticket management. Agile Project Management: Lead agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, grooming, stand-ups, and retrospectives. Ensure tickets are properly scoped, prioritized, and estimated. Reporting & Dashboards: Build and maintain dashboards and reports to provide visibility into campaign progress, development velocity, resource allocation, and blockers. Integration Management: Work with IT or development teams to integrate JIRA with other tools (e.g., Confluence, Slack, Git, Adobe Workfront, or ServiceNow) to streamline workflows and notifications. Adobe RTCDP & Campaign Oversight Data Source Coordination: Partner with data engineering teams to onboard, map, and validate first- and third-party data sources into Adobe RTCDP. Audience Strategy Execution: Translate business requirements into audience segmentation logic; manage audience creation, testing, version control, and activation flows. Identity & Schema Management: Work with Adobe Experience Data Model (XDM), identity graphs, and unified profiles to support real-time personalization and targeting. Monitoring & QA: Validate audience accuracy, data freshness, and real-time availability across channels before deployment. Privacy & Compliance: Ensure data usage complies with consent policies, opt-out mechanisms, and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). Stakeholder Management Campaign Lifecycle Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of email, SMS, push, and multi-channel campaigns—from intake to creative execution, testing, launch, and post-launch analysis. Workflow Orchestration: Collaborate with developers and marketing teams to build and QA workflows, targeting plans, data queries, and triggers within Adobe Campaign. Creative & Content Integration: Coordinate with creative and content teams to ensure assets are properly formatted, localized, and integrated into campaign templates. Testing & QA Oversight: Develop and enforce QA checklists for data accuracy, dynamic content rendering, deliverability, and link tracking before deployment. Scheduling & Approvals: Manage campaign calendars, approval workflows, and SLAs for launches and changes. Stakeholder & Cross-Team Collaboration Requirements Gathering: Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to capture and translate marketing objectives into technical deliverables. Regular Updates & Documentation: Produce and share detailed project timelines, risk assessments, and post-deployment reviews. Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify potential blockers or dependencies and escalate to the right teams or leadership with mitigation plans. Training & Enablement: Support onboarding and upskilling of teams on JIRA usage, RTCDP functionality, and Campaign execution standards. Operational Optimization & Strategic Alignment Campaign Governance: Define and document processes for campaign intake, prioritization, execution, and retrospectives. Automation Opportunities: Identify and propose automation or integration improvements (e.g., triggers, dynamic audience refresh, real-time API-based campaign launches). Performance Measurement: Work with analytics teams to define campaign KPIs and ensure tracking tags or data capture mechanisms are in place. Continuous Improvement: Lead retrospectives and root-cause analyses for failed or delayed campaigns to improve future workflows. Qualifications Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably within MarTech or digital campaign environments. Hands-on experience managing JIRA workflows, dashboards, and configurations. Proficiency in Adobe Experience Platform (RTCDP) and Adobe Campaign (Standard or Classic). Strong understanding of data flows, segmentation logic, and campaign orchestration. Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects involving data engineers, developers, marketers, and compliance teams. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification is a plus. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer, Experience Manager, or other Adobe Experience Cloud tools. Familiarity with SQL, APIs, or campaign tracking tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, GA4). Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and how they affect marketing campaigns.
