Develop and implement new systems. features and functionalities based on requirements. + Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion. + Coordinate with external vendors to ensure timely delivery and integration of technology solutions. + Implement strategies to manage changes and ensure smooth transitions. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure buy-in and support. + Develop and execute UAT plans to ensure systems meet business requirements and are ready for deployment. + Create communication plans and provide training to end users and ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of new systems. + Manage vendor relationships, contracts and performance and collaborate on future system enhancements. + Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions. + Conduct reviews after project completion to assess success and identify areas for improvement. **What You'll Need:** To perform this job successfully, an individual will need to perform each crucial duty satisfactorily. The minimum salary for the Technical Project Manager position is $100,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Technical Project Manager position is $117,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
