Technical Project Manager
**Company description** Your Impact: • Partner with the client(s), strategists, experience leads, and architects to frame business goals and value pools from which we can shape product propositions that provide transformative business outcomes and customer experience • Develop product vision, strategy, market/user research, by keeping the customer at the centre of everything we do while using design thinking tools • Represent client in ideation workshops with cross-functional leaders where you identify new ideas, customer needs, pain points, and solution options • Develop solution hypotheses iteratively, based on user research, and industry and market trend analysis • Establish customer journey mapping to guide product development; then validate that learning with user testing • Translate product vision into a roadmap containing well-defined, prioritized features that will realize the product vision and value • Validate and present the business case to the C–level executives and lead business reviews to ensure the team prioritizes the right features • Serve as a voice of the customer among the cross-functional team, always understanding the customer needs • Establish objective goals for the product with success and acceptance criteria using meaningful metrics, KPIs, and quantifiable business outcomes • Collaborate with product owners, solution managers, and cross-functional product managers, to ensure alignment towards the same program increment (PI) objectives • Collaborate with system architects to envision and prioritize system enablers • Represent Financial Services industry best practice and market trends to assist the client in maintaining competitive advantage • Build and maintain a trusting relationship with the client, teams, and vendors; develop influence without authority **Overview** You will be responsible for the product discovery and definition activities. You’ll work with stakeholders to define product roadmaps, providing technical and market insights into the process. You will be the expert in the overall capabilities of the product and will work closely with the cross functional teams to roll out a successful product. + Process: Should play a leading role in managing the product backlog and crafting user stories and signing off on feature acceptance, all the while adhering to the agile process constituted for managing the project. Also, Define and drive product strategy and roadmap for products. Identify potential issues and pro-actively develops mitigation plans + Analytical skills: Should be able to analyse complex business processes, identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and propose solutions for improvement. Should be able to use data to drive decision-making and measure the success of product initiatives. + Communication skills: Should be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Should be able to translate technical concepts into business terms and vice versa, and be able to present your ideas and proposals to senior management. Also, shall work closely with onsite & offshore teams for the requirements analysis & solutions design. + Management skills: Should be able to manage projects from start to finish, including scoping, planning, execution, and monitoring. Should be able to manage budgets, timelines, and resources, and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the expected quality standards. + Technical knowledge: Should have a good understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps. Should be able to work with development teams to ensure that solutions are integrated into the overall software development lifecycle. + Continuous learning: Should have a passion for continuous learning and be willing to keep up to date with the latest trends and technologies. Should be able to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement, and be able to drive change within the organization. **Qualifications** + Assumes the role of a “Feature CEO” of the Product. + Well-versed in the envisioning product roadmap and chart out functional & technical features. + Well-versed with Enterprise Application workflow, Platforms, and API Orchestration systems. + Understand the business needs and translate them into features and user stories and maintain product backlog/roadmap. + Well-versed in Product Development, MVP, and Product Launch. + Expertise in defining and driving product strategy and roadmap for products **Additional Skillset** + Expertise in identifying business opportunities to leverage technology and driving improvements in product capabilities + Expertise in defining user/buyer personas, translating user/buyer needs and decision criteria into actionable plans + Expertise in analysing, reviewing, and forecasting data for operational and business planning + Expertise in gathering market insights, analysing the competitive landscape and recommending product strategy across the product lifecycle + Expertise in driving cost/benefit analysis and tracking forecasts to ensure the product is performing as expected + Expertise in applying data-driven knowledge and best practices to improve product + Expertise in process improvement, workflow, benchmarking and/or evaluation of business processes + Deep understanding of the healthcare domain, segments of business practices and financial structures + Understanding and ability to conduct a meaningful conversation with the technology team on various existing and emerging technologies and overall solution space.
