Technical Project Management, Advisor I

About your role:

You will be integral to managing the lifecycle of application development and strategic initiatives within the Merchant Solutions Technology organization. You will create and lead cohesive project teams, ensure transparency, handle complexities, and elevate project management practices while contributing to our innovative environment.

What you’ll do:

Deliver assigned projects on schedule, scope, and budget.Provide transparency throughout the life of the project.Create cohesive and collaborative project teams driven towards the same objective.Identify and resolve issues and risks independently and with your project team.Adhere to all project management processes.Contribute to project management strategy within the team.Provide business analysis as needed.

Experience you'll need to have:

6+ years of experience in program/project management and reporting.6+ years of experience in stakeholder management, risk management/issue resolution, scope and budget management.6+ years of experience in Waterfall and or Agile project management disciplines.4+ years of experience leading and directing project teams.Proficient in MS Office Suite, JIRA, and Confluence.Demonstrated flexibility in working on different project types as assigned.Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and/or equivalent military experience.

Experience that would be great to have:

Experience in the payments industry.

Salary Range

$96,200.00 - $164,900.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey, New York and California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
