Skills and Requirements Technical Experience: - 6+ years in systems, software engineering, or data-related roles - 2+ years leading cross-functional technical teams or projects - Experience with PHP (Laravel/Symfony), MySQL, Python, JSON, XML - Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred), - DevOps tools, Git, CI/CD - Experience with data models, ETL pipelines, and system integrations Project Management & Leadership: - 5+ years in a Technical Project Manager or Agile leadership role - Strong ability to manage sprints, timelines, and cross-functional collaboration - Comfortable working in a lean IT environment with outsourced resources - Scrum Master certification (CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe) is a plus - Experience in health & wellness or fitness industries - Familiarity with UKG or similar HRIS platforms - Exposure to AI/ML projects or automation initiatives null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
