In the role of a Technical Program Manager, you will strategize, motivate, guide, and oversee hardware quality review within the Customer Support Organization. This position offers the chance to shape technical quality recommendations and make impactful decisions. The role necessitates a distinct combination of business insight and technical hardware quality expertise to effectively engage and propel projects forward.
**Job Requirements**
• Accountable for devising and supervising quality remediation programs aimed at achieving service delivery, effective communication, and cost objectives.
• Experience in enhancing hardware quality through improvement initiatives.
• Display strong leadership and vision in shaping and driving strategic decisions.
• Operate independently, drive results, and set priorities with minimal oversight.
• Exceptional communication skills to engage with diverse technical teams and craft customer-facing messages for communication to global audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment to meet challenging goals and comply with established feature and metric requirements.
• Must collaborate effectively with employees at all levels, from staff to directors, across various functions, and with external stakeholders.
• Utilize extensive expertise and specialized technical knowledge in data storage hardware to tackle unique and complex challenges while considering time and budget constraints.
• Familiarity with NetApp or comparable storage technology is beneficial.
• Proficient in data analysis and skilled at resolving issues related to customer support case evaluations.
**Education**
Generally necessitates a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience alongside a Bachelor's degree; alternatively, 4 years of experience may suffice.
+ A minimum of 8 years of experience as a technical program manager, quality engineer, and/or in product support is required.
+ Proven competency in successfully managing multiple projects of moderate complexity is essential.
+ Possession of a PMP certification or an equivalent credential is highly advantageous.
