Job Description

LOCATION: This role is open to applicants in the Philadelphia. This TPM4 will work onsite with the team in a hybrid environment per company policy. It is not approved for remote/virtual employment.

In this role you will be expected to:

Understand and manage the scope of technical programs based on product, business, and budget requirements.Participate in planning and scheduling key program milestones.Create and maintain detailed program plans, schedules, and documentation.Identify and manage critical path tasks to ensure timely delivery.Coordinate with cross-functional teams and ensure clarity in roles and responsibilities.Lead core technical teams and field resources during program execution and deployments.Define program goals and success criteria with stakeholders.Resolve conflicts and build consensus with appropriate management involvement.Estimate costs, manage budgets, and forecast resource needs.Proactively identify risks and develop contingency plans.Monitor for risk triggers and initiate corrective actions when needed.Provide regular updates on program progress, milestones, and issues to stakeholders.Oversee and manage changes to program parameters, ensuring proper communication and process adherence.Monitor and ensure the quality of program deliverables.Develop and manage deployment strategies, schedules, and tools for field implementation.Contribute to organizational goals and strategic priorities through program execution.Exercise independent and collaborative judgment in decision-making.Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

What you need to succeed (minimum requirements)

Bachelor’s degree and 7-10 years experience or equivalent years experience.Experience in program/project planning and execution.Strong understanding of technical domains (e.g., software, hardware, systems).Ability to lead cross functional teams and drive alignment.Strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills.Risk analysis, budget, and resource forecasting.High level of accountability and discretion.Adaptability to changing schedules and demands.
