Job Description Technical Program Manager (TPM) is responsible for leading the development and testing of early-stage products or technologies, from concept to proof-of-concept. This role involves managing cross-functional teams to design, build, and test prototypes, with a focus on rapid iteration and experimentation. Key responsibilities include defining project scope and objectives, developing prototypes, conducting user testing and feedback sessions, and analyzing results to inform product decisions. The Prototyping TPM also collaborates with stakeholders to identify technical risks and opportunities, and works closely with engineering teams to ensure that prototypes are scalable, reliable, and meet business requirements.
