Minimum qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
+ 2 years of experience in program management.
+ Experience in hardware and manufacturing operations.
+ Experience in materials management, supply chain or new product introduction (NPI).
Preferred qualifications:
+ 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
+ Experience working with Asia based contract manufacturers.
+ Excellent program management skills, with the ability to drive schedules, assess priorities, and identify gaps.
+ Excellent data analytics skills to drive solutions, with the ability to analyze existing tools and databases and provide solution recommendations.

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $132,000-$189,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. + Own material clear-to-build and supply chain readiness for NPI phone and platform builds from development to production handoff internally and with manufacturing partners.
+ Liaison between engineering, operations, and supply chain teams to communicate materials status, risks, and solutions.
+ Drive NPI and production materials risk-buy process and liability/budget management.
+ Manage program level sourcing strategy alignment, risk assessment and roll up, ensure risk mitigation through BOM risk analysis and source qualification planning.
+ Lead logistics strategy definition for components into existing and new manufacturing partner locations.
