Minimum qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. + 2 years of experience in program management. + Experience in hardware and manufacturing operations. + Experience in materials management, supply chain or new product introduction (NPI). Preferred qualifications: + 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. + Experience working with Asia based contract manufacturers. + Excellent program management skills, with the ability to drive schedules, assess priorities, and identify gaps. + Excellent data analytics skills to drive solutions, with the ability to analyze existing tools and databases and provide solution recommendations. As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $132,000-$189,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Learn more about benefits at Google (https://careers.google.com/benefits/) . + Own material clear-to-build and supply chain readiness for NPI phone and platform builds from development to production handoff internally and with manufacturing partners. + Liaison between engineering, operations, and supply chain teams to communicate materials status, risks, and solutions. + Drive NPI and production materials risk-buy process and liability/budget management. + Manage program level sourcing strategy alignment, risk assessment and roll up, ensure risk mitigation through BOM risk analysis and source qualification planning. + Lead logistics strategy definition for components into existing and new manufacturing partner locations.
