Qualifications

Educational Background:  A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is mandatory. Experience:  3+ years of relevant experience in program management.  Experience in managing full cycle of Healthcare Compliance products is highly desirable. Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. Good understanding of API’s, Cloud Infrastructure and Networking.  Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira) and collaboration platforms. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools is highly desirable. Leadership and Communication: Excellent leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English for effective collaboration and presentation. Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve complex program-related issues.
