We specialize in information exchange, protection, and exploitation. This is a position for candidates with research and development (R&D) program management experience. In this role, you will provide key program management and pursuit support enabling NCT technical staff to win and deliver innovative solutions to customers in the Networking domain. For pursuit activities, you will work directly with our tech director to meet with customers, pursue new applied research concepts, and develop winning proposals as the capture manager. As the program manager for new awards, you will work collaboratively with our principal investigators (PI) to help coordinate resources, track progress, facilitate collaboration, and ensure on-time delivery within budget.
