Job Title: Cleanroom Operations Specialist

Job Description

Join an innovative program aimed at providing low-latency, high-speed internet to underserved populations globally through the deployment of a constellation of over 3000 satellites in Low Earth Orbit. We are seeking a talented Cleanroom Operations Specialist to be a part of our Satellite Hardware Manufacturing Team, where you will play a crucial role in developing and enforcing clean way-of-working standard operating procedures (SOP) for various production areas.

ResponsibilitiesDevelop Standard Operating Procedures for clean operations in the manufacturing environment for ISO5 through ISO8 environments.Conduct routine audits of clean operations adherence to processes and support corrective action plans.Contribute to facilities design for new clean work cells, understanding the relationship between product and facility requirements.Develop and host training sessions for new personnel on clean way of working.Essential SkillsExpertise in Cleanroom Design, clean operations, and ISO standards.Experience in clean manufacturing environments such as spaceflight hardware, medical devices, and pharmaceutical manufacturing.Familiarity with technical writing and Standard Operating Procedure development.Experience in conducting quality audits of manufacturing operations.Familiarity with Airborne Particulate Counters.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with molecular contamination measurement tools such as SEM EDX, TOF-SIMS.Experience with Residual Gas Analysis (RGA).Familiarity with vacuum systems.Work Environment

The position is based on site in Redmond, operating Monday to Friday, approximately 8 AM to 5 PM. You will spend 30% of your time on the shop floor, 50% performing self-directed work including SOP development and audit findings reports, and 20% in structured meeting settings.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $85.00/hr.
