The Opportunity:

Technical Program Manager

Required Skills: 

·       UST is looking for 1 Technical Program Manager (TPM) for infrastructure delivery of technical projects related to a Lab infrastructure, such as networks, data centers, and cloud services

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

·       Define, organize, and manage project activities, specifying what, who, when, and how tasks are executed.

·       Define and execute large-scale technical programs related to infrastructure, ensuring they align to business objectives.

·       Managing the delivery of network and data center capacity across multiple locations, including planning and execution of builds.

·       A strong technical background in areas like network engineering(L2/L3 Switches Managing Windows Server, Linux Server, Storage), data center operations, or cloud computing is typically required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.

·       Lead continuous improvement efforts by setting program metrics, optimizing resources, and ensuring stakeholders have timely access to data.

Qualification requests:

·       Azure Devops knowledge - Continuously monitor and analyze test results, identifying and reporting defects

·       Desired Experience: 10+ years of experience as a technical Program Manager or in a technical role with systems experience

·       Experienced with Lab architecture design with proven ability to synthesize, communicate solutions to complex technical towards Lab Setup, Networking, Windows/Linux/Storage Server Administration Experience in setting up new Lab and derive the Bill of Materials (BOM) based on requirement Experience in management of complex cross-group, cross-business, cross-disciplinary projects Handling team in multiple locations

·       Creation of Weekly status report, SLAs,

·       Qualification: BTech in Computer Science or relevant field

·       10+ years of experience as a technical Program Manager
