We are seeking an experienced Sr. Technical Program Manager to lead External Fulfillment initiatives that enable sellers to leverage Amazon's world-class fulfillment capabilities while maintaining inventory at their locations. You'll be working on Seller Flex - a program that has expanded to 12 countries, handles over $2.5B in annual gross merchandise sales, and delivers industry-leading fulfillment reliability and customer experience.

Seller Flex is our flagship External Fulfillment program that:

Key job responsibilities
As a Sr. Technical Program Manager on the team, you will:

- Drive end-to-end ownership of strategic cross-functional initiatives spanning product definition, roadmap planning, and execution
- Lead technical programs focused on scaling our fulfillment platform globally while optimizing cost and speed to market
- Partner closely with business, operations and executive leadership to define product strategy and provide program updates
- Be hands-on in delivering critical business initiatives - managing project planning, requirements, risks, and implementation
- Solve complex technical challenges through innovative solutions while building consensus across teams
- Make key strategic and tactical decisions while maintaining focus on long-term objectives
- Provide technical leadership in product architecture and design decisions
