Responsibilities:Project Management: Lead and manage hardware validation projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.Test Planning: Develop comprehensive test plans that include testing objectives, detailed test processes, and pass/fail criteria for each test.Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware design, engineering, and operations, to align on project goals and deliverables.Validation Execution: Oversee the execution of validation tests, including Engineering Validation Testing (EVT), Design Validation Testing (DVT), and Production Validation Testing (PVT).Issue Resolution: Identify and troubleshoot issues during the validation process, working with engineering teams to implement solutions.Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of test results, issues, and resolutions to ensure traceability and compliance with quality standards.Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvements in validation methodologies and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Qualifications:Educational Background: A degree in a technical field such as electrical, computer science, or mechanical engineering.Experience: Several years of experience in hardware validation, project management, or a related field.Technical Skills: Strong understanding of hardware components, validation processes, and testing methodologies.Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges.Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey technical information to diverse audiences.
