Ideal candidates are passionate about operational excellence, process improvement, and data-driven decision-making in technical environments. **Be part of making a critical difference** As a Technical Program Manager, you will facilitate and improve operational processes across AppSec PgM teams focusing on optimizing team efficiency, delivery confidence, and alignment with organizational objectives. As a Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for: + Collaborating with engineering, security, and program teams in Israel and globally to optimize geo-balancing and resource allocation. + Leading the design, implementation, and enhancement of engineering metrics dashboards, delivering board-level insights and actionable reports to leadership + Acting as the primary point of contact for operational efficiency initiatives, including the consolidation of workflows, risk posture tracking, and metric-driven performance management. + Supporting and coaching teams in adopting best practices for operational excellence, leveraging tools and methodologies that drive continuous improvement and reduce friction. + Coordinating with stakeholders to identify bottlenecks, recommend solutions, and implement changes for measurable results. + Preparing and presenting regular updates to leadership on progress, key metrics, and areas for improvement. **Do what you love** To be successful in this role you will: + Have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. + Have 2+ years of experience in technical program management, operations, or related roles, ideally in AppSec, cybersecurity, or software engineering. + Have proven experience driving operational improvements and efficiency within technical teams, including the use of dashboards and metrics for performance tracking + Demonstrate analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights and process improvements. + Have exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across global, cross-functional teams. + Be familiar with Agile, SAFe, or comparable methodologies for program and project management. **Build your career at Akamai** Our ability to shape digital life today relies on developing exceptional people like you.
