Job Overview: 

Experience: 12 - 15 years 

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead the migration of workloads and systems to Amazon Web Services (AWS). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cloud migration strategies, infrastructure modernization, and enterprise-scale program management. Holding a valid professional AWS certification(e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer) is required. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead end-to-end migration programs from on-premise or other cloud environments to AWS. 

• Develop and execute migration roadmaps, aligning with business and technical objectives. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, security, and operations, to ensure seamless transitions. 

• Provide technical guidance on AWS services, architectures, and best practices. 

• Identify potential risks, define mitigation strategies, and optimize migration processes. 

• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and operational frameworks in AWS. 

• Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular updates on migration progress. 

• Evaluate and implement cost optimization strategies for AWS workloads. 

• Drive automation and continuous improvement efforts in cloud adoption. 

Required Qualifications: 

• Professional AWS Certification (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional). 

• Strong technical expertise in AWS services, architecture, networking, security, and scalability. 

• Proven experience in large-scale workload migrations and cloud transformation initiatives. 

• Excellent program management skills, including planning, execution, and stakeholder communication. 

• Knowledge of Terraform, CloudFormation, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines is a must. 

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. 

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Experience with multi-cloud migration strategies (Azure, GCP). 

• Background in agile methodologies and cloud governance frameworks. 

• Certifications in IT project management (PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
