At Amazon, we obsess over our customers and maintaining their trust. We are seeking an exceptional Technical Program Manager to join the Amazon Stores Security Team (StoresSec). This role will support technical data initiatives within StoresSec Business Operations.
Technical Program Management and Data Analytics: This role serves as a technical program manager focusing on AI operations and use with StoresSec, software development health metrics and reporting, and data analytics excellence. The position requires expertise in conceptualizing AI cost optimization, software development health tracking, and data visualization initiatives while establishing scalable frameworks for measuring and communicating value across the organization.
Key job responsibilities
- Support AI cost transparency and value tracking programs, including usage monitoring, ROI analysis, and optimization recommendations across AI-enabled services
- Support cross-functional dependencies between AI operations, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to ensure aligned objectives and outcomes
- Develop and standardize reporting mechanisms for AI costs, development metrics, and analytics dashboards to maintain transparency across organizational boundaries
- Design and implement builder development health metrics frameworks, establishing KPIs and reporting mechanisms to drive engineering excellence
- Create and maintain data visualization solutions that provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making across teams
- Evaluate technical and business requirements, communicate implementation timelines, and drive solutions to ensure successful program delivery while continuously identifying opportunities for operational optimization

Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 3+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- 2+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience creating data visualization products
Preferred Qualifications

- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $114,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $197,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
