Minimum qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related engineering field, or equivalent practical experience. + 2 years of experience with program management or technical management, leading cross-functional test engineering programs. + Experience in mobile devices, hardware, software, or embedded software. + Experience with consumer electronics. + Experience with software release management practices, tools, and automation. + Experience on program managing feature development on mobile. Preferred qualifications: + Experience working in Android App development and consumer electron. + Ability to work effectively with highly technical engineering teams, with a track record of helping them deliver against a backlog. + Ability to organize teams, thoughts and actions. + Ability to work through ambiguity to detailed solutions. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Work with multiple teams on cross-functional initiatives. Interface with engineering managers and engineers across both hardware and software to estimate work efforts, define milestones and manage resources. Track progress, resolve dependencies, evaluate risks and communicate status to upper management and project stakeholders. + Remove obstacles to drive momentum and progress. Identify communication gaps, manage issue escalations and provide support to teams balancing competing priorities. Drive results proactively. + Understand technical implementation at the system/architecture level and propose technical alternatives. Develop broad domain and technical knowledge. + Work closely with our leads and partners to ensure software and roadmap feature alignment for current and future programs.
