Minimum qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. + 8 years of experience in program management. + 5 years of experience in hardware engineering, software engineering, or computer hardware. + 5 years of experience with Infrastructure as a Service. + 5 years of experience in Electrical Engineering. + Experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) lifecycle, and managing programs through the concept, planning, development, launch, and sustaining stages. Our global impact spans software and hardware, including Google Cloud’s Vertex AI, the leading AI platform for bringing Gemini models to enterprise customers. + Lead a cross-functional team, spanning all organizational levels and functional areas to develop and deliver programs from inception to production. + Orchestrate the overall program strategy and drive end-to-end execution across cross functional teams. + Set the direction for a program by outlining goals and objectives, evaluating and supervising multiple projects, organizing cross-project work within the program, and defining program controls/governance/standards. + Manage multiple cross-functional programs simultaneously with competing priorities. Drive consistency between Cloud processes and central processes. + Use technical judgment to drive project delivery, technology reviews, challenge proposals and build consensus. Manage escalations and unblock obstacles, ensure all leadership/stakeholders are aware of progress/blockers on a continuous basis.
