Lead cross-functional teams through AI transformation, contribute to the discourse on responsible AI in marketing, and leverage our resources and mentorship to become a leader in this dynamic field.\n \nThings You’ll Do\n\nDevelop and execute our generative AI roadmap for marketing, prioritizing use cases based on impact and feasibility\nDesign and implement AI solutions for content creation, copywriting, image generation, and campaign optimization\nCreate sophisticated prompt engineering frameworks tailored for different marketing functions and objectives\nDevelop Python scripts for AI integration, data processing, custom workflows, and performance monitoring\nLead end-to-end implementation of AI tools across marketing technology stack\nCreate governance frameworks and ethical guidelines for responsible AI use in marketing\nExecute change management strategies to drive AI adoption and capability building\nTrain marketing teams on effective prompt engineering and AI tool utilization\nEstablish metrics and analyze performance of AI-powered marketing initiatives\nResearch emerging AI models and capabilities for potential marketing applications\nCollaborate with legal and privacy teams to ensure compliance in AI implementations\nDocument best practices and create knowledge repositories for ongoing AI optimization\n\nWhat We’re Looking For On Your Resume\n\n5+ years of experience in technical program management, product management, or similar roles\nDemonstrated experience implementing generative AI solutions in business contexts\nProven expertise in prompt engineering and optimizing AI outputs for specific use cases\nWorking knowledge of Python for AI integration, data processing, or workflow automation\nSuccess managing technical implementations with cross-functional stakeholders\nExperience with change management and driving technology adoption\nUnderstanding of marketing processes, objectives, and technology ecosystems\nBackground in requirements gathering and documentation for technical solutions\n\n

Nice to Have:
