As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You will collaborate with other multi-disciplinary teams to maintain a functional relationship to co-develop and structure future requirements. You will maintain documentation and communication of goals, risks, status, and prioritized feature requests and bugs.The Google Pixel team focuses on designing and delivering the world's most helpful mobile experience. The team works on shaping the future of Pixel devices and services through some of the most advanced designs, techniques, products, and experiences in consumer electronics. This includes bringing together the best of Google’s artificial intelligence, software, and hardware to build global smartphones and create transformative experiences for users across the world. + Provide engineering in process development and mechanical fixture designs to fast track product manufacturing to mass production, including working with agreement manufacturers and vendors to prioritize and solve problems. + Be an expert in design for manufacturability (DFM) and collaborate with Product Design and Electrical Engineering (EE) to improve manufacturability for yield, cost, and reliability. + Collaborate with Product Design engineers and EE to ensure growth in design for manufacturing. + Interface cross-functionally with design and commodity teams in down-selection, sourcing, qualification, and integration of components and vendors used in Google’s products. + Work with Quality and Reliability team to define requirements for shipment.
