As a Technical Program Manager, you will play a key role with our Business Engineering organization, driving a portfolio of advertiser-centric projects that span the entire organization. Develop and manage end-to-end project plans and ensure on-time delivery 2. Manage cross-functional Business Engineering programs in a matrix organization covering a range of products across all lines of the business 3. Provide hands-on program management during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post-implementation phases 4. Perform risk management and change management on projects 5. Identify opportunities to maximize productivity through reducing execution times, streamlining ways of working and scaling best practices 6. Support consistent evaluation of development projects based on value and impact 7. Interface with Engineering teams and cross-functional partners for project requirements and scope 8. Motivate and focus a large collaborative to reach goals **Minimum Qualifications:** Minimum Qualifications: 9. Bachelors in a technical discipline or equivalent experience 10. 8+ years of experience of program management or equivalent experience 11. Experience communicating to software engineering and knowledge of architecture and design 12. Communication experience and experience working with technical management teams 13. Organizational, coordination and multi-tasking experience 14. Interpersonal experience, including relationship building and collaboration within cross-functional team 15. Analytical and problem-solving experience 16.
