Minimum qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. + 5 years of experience in program management. + 5 years of experience working with data center or other mission critical equipment/environments (e.g., switchgear, generators, chillers, cooling towers, air handling units, controls, security monitoring systems, fire safety systems). + 5 years of experience managing process improvement or construction programs in a matrixed environment. Preferred qualifications: + 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. + Experience managing vendor relationships. + Knowledge of large-scale facility electrical and mechanical systems. + Excellent requirement gathering, resource organization, task prioritization, scheduling, and goal attainment skills. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $137,000-$201,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Learn more about benefits at Google (https://careers.google.com/benefits/) . + Lead project planning and execution to enable capacity delivery through Third-Party Developers from acquisition evaluation through to turnover to Operations. + Identify and lead the development and documentation of processes, standards, and procedures that drive programmatic improvements. + Engage with partners and leadership to understand requirements and refine program deliverables based on business needs. + Lead project intake, due diligence, and technical contract exhibit development to support the business approval and acquisition of data center capacity. + Manage delivery validation process across a portfolio to ensure that construction quality standards are met and that critical closeout, commissioning, and operational documentation is collated in a timely manner.
