Minimum qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
+ 5 years of experience in program management.
+ 5 years of experience working with data center or other mission critical equipment/environments (e.g., switchgear, generators, chillers, cooling towers, air handling units, controls, security monitoring systems, fire safety systems).
+ 5 years of experience managing process improvement or construction programs in a matrixed environment.
Preferred qualifications:
+ 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
+ Experience managing vendor relationships.
+ Knowledge of large-scale facility electrical and mechanical systems.
+ Excellent requirement gathering, resource organization, task prioritization, scheduling, and goal attainment skills.

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $137,000-$201,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. + Lead project planning and execution to enable capacity delivery through Third-Party Developers from acquisition evaluation through to turnover to Operations.
+ Identify and lead the development and documentation of processes, standards, and procedures that drive programmatic improvements.
+ Engage with partners and leadership to understand requirements and refine program deliverables based on business needs.
+ Lead project intake, due diligence, and technical contract exhibit development to support the business approval and acquisition of data center capacity.
+ Manage delivery validation process across a portfolio to ensure that construction quality standards are met and that critical closeout, commissioning, and operational documentation is collated in a timely manner.
