Technical Program Manager, Electrical Engineering
**Summary:** Developing technologies that are the building blocks for the next generation of Wearable hardware **Required Skills:** Technical Program Manager, Electrical Engineering Responsibilities: 1. Work closely with the Electrical Engineering team, driving and tracking the investigation, definition and delivery of next-generation products 2. Create development, delivery, and qualification schedules based on system requirements, technical challenges, lead-times and business needs 3. Manage communication within, and between, internal engineering and external vendor teams 4. Assist engineering and sourcing teams with supplier evaluation and selection 5. Work with teams to set milestones, communicate program statuses, and identify/address potential setbacks 6. Work across teams to develop best practices and technology development processes in a quickly-changing environment to ensure on time delivery 7. Manage delivery of samples and mass production parts for the different builds 8. Organize required face to face onsite meeting with vendors 9. Coordinate and contribute to engineering deliverables, including specifications, design options, and test plans 10. Ensure program documents are complete, current and available for staff and leadership review 11. Contribute to resource planning to ensure program success 12. Up to 20% travel **Minimum Qualifications:** Minimum Qualifications: 13. BS in Engineering field, or equivalent experience 14. 7+ years experience as a Program Manager managing hardware Electrical Engineering programs from concept to mass production 15. Experience with phase gate approach to technology development projects 16. Experience with component and module qualification, validation and characterization processes 17. Knowledge of program and issue tracking 18. Communication experience and experience working with technical teams 19. Problem-solving and organizational experience 20. Experience building relationships and collaborating with cross-functional teams **Preferred Qualifications:** Preferred Qualifications: 21. Experience with system integration and/ or managing complex system builds 22.
