Technical Program Manager, Corp Eng PMO, Enterprise Platform Engineering
Minimum qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience. + 5 years of experience in technical program management, coordinating cross-organizational technical programs. + Experience managing software engineering programs end to end. Preferred qualifications: + Experience with matrixed leadership roles, leading other program managers through program strategies, project execution, and risk management. + Proven ability to run and deliver results on large-scale, complex technical projects and developing strategies to align to business requirements from customers or partner teams. + Ability and desire to develop a deep understanding of the underlying technologies to effectively align teams and drive cohesive technical roadmap. + Demonstrated ability to manage dependencies, track escalations, and communicate effectively across complex projects or programs. + Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of management. + Excellent verbal/written communication, people, and analytical skills. Communicate program status, schedules, priorities, dependencies, and risks effectively to stakeholders at all levels. + Develop and maintain clear project/program roadmaps, aligning them with broader strategic objectives. + Manage complex, cross-functional software engineering programs end-to-end, ensuring successful delivery against commitments. Drive strategic initiatives by applying strong program management fundamentals and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. + Ensure timely launch and delivery of key features and projects through effective cross-functional coordination. Engage in technical discussions and contribute to architectural decisions, providing perspective on feasibility, dependencies, risks, and impact. + Identify and pursue opportunities for strategic alignment, integration, and growth with related partner teams and programs.
