Technical Program Manager, Construction Prefabrication

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects using your engineering expertise. You plan requirements with internal customers and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $132,000-$189,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Learn more about benefits at Google . **Responsibilities:** + Manage the design, manufacturing, and installation of prefabricated assemblies for data center construction in North America. + Facilitate the creation of new pre-fabricated assemblies through electrical and mechanical work packaging/workface planning. Manage electrical and mechanical trades, supply chain vendors, and integrators. + Gather internal requirements and deliver solutions that satisfy customer needs while maintaining end-to-end responsibility from construction to deployment. + Resolve critical issues within the matrix organization while maintaining adherence to project timelines and costs. Drive consensus and compromise while engaging with customers, cross-functional partners, and other internal organizations. + Work independently on difficult construction issues requiring in-depth analysis and evaluation of business situations.
