We're seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead key initiatives for Alexa Smart Properties. Key job responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for scoping and delivering large projects end-to-end within our enterprise initiatives. You will lead technology transformations focused on significant business opportunities. Responsibilities include collecting business requirements from enterprise customers, translating requirements to technical specifications, driving project schedules from design to release, and managing production launches. You will lead and coordinate design/implementation efforts between teams to develop optimal solutions that meet high standards and exceed enterprise customer expectations. Strong communication skills and the ability to deal with ambiguity are crucial in this role. You will be expected to make appropriate trade-offs to optimize time-to-market, clearly communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to internal cross-functional and remote project teams. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market.
