Minimum qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. + 5 years of experience in program management. + Experience in Program Management on technical cross-functional projects. Preferred qualifications: + 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. + 3 years of industry experience managing large-scale and dynamic programs, including vendor managed resources. + Experience in project management, defining projects and executing within timelines and with multiple stakeholders. + Ability to effectively operate with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving work environment. + Ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of management, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
