Job Summary:
Alluvionic is seeking a Technical Program Lead to lead the definition, development, and integration of cutting-edge energy and communication systems for defense and mission-critical operations. This role bridges technical leadership, customer engagement, and execution management across a portfolio of emerging programs.
You’ll be a key force in aligning our technical vision with mission needs—driving forward innovation at the intersection of engineering, operations, and end-user impact.

Location: Central Florida or Aberdeen, DC
Responsibilities:
Program & Product Leadership
+ Define and manage system-level requirements across energy and communication technology portfolios.
+ Maintain program baselines and lead cross-functional design and milestone reviews, ensuring alignment across engineering, operations, and customer goals.
+ Oversee integration timelines, conduct risk assessments, and manage the transition from prototype to deployable product.
Customer & Mission Alignment
+ Interface with DoD stakeholders, systems integrators, and operational users to gather feedback and shape future product direction.
+ Support early-stage acquisition efforts including SBIR/STTR proposals, mission-focused white papers, and capability briefings.
+ Translate complex operational challenges into clear technical roadmaps and achievable product requirements.
Cross-Functional Communication
+ Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and business development teams to ensure clarity in scope, expectations, and delivery plans.
+ Contribute to the creation of technical marketing materials, system documentation, and go-to-market strategies.
+ Support field demonstrations, validation testing, and system deployment transitions.
Required Qualifications:
+ Minimum 5–10 years of experience in systems engineering, product development, or technical program management within defense or dual-use technology domains.
+ Familiarity with energy systems, tactical communications, or similar operational technologies is a strong plus.
+ Demonstrated experience with defense R&D programs such as SBIR, OTAs, or prototyping contracts.
+ Proven ability to manage requirements discipline, timeline adherence, and stakeholder alignment in complex, cross-functional environments.
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical teams and senior decision-makers.
