Act as a supervisor by coaching and guiding team members in execution-focused tasks. + **Agile Methodologies:** Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Act as a liaison between stakeholders and the product team for effective communication. + **Develop Systems** : In combination with engineering, and in consultation with BPM, the high-level solution, including packages adopted, modules to be crated, major interfaces, etc. + **Vendor Coordination:** Manage relationships with consulting vendors and other partners, ensuring operational aspects meet project standards and timelines. + **Performance Metrics:** Analyze and report on key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of the Field Force app and inform future iterations and enhancements. + **User-Centric Approach:** Advocate for users by understanding their needs and ensuring that the solutions delivered enhance their daily activities and overall experience. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus. + At least 3 years of experience in product management or IT coordination, preferably within technology or sales environments and digital products. + Proven experience working within Agile teams, managing product backlogs, and leading cross-functional projects. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex information into actionable tasks. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels. + Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, Veeva, and understanding of digital solutions and data analytics.
