As TPO for the **Cloud Secure Account Management team** , you will shape a strategic product that provides secure and compliant AWS environments for our digital applications — accelerating innovation while keeping patient data safe. **The Opportunity:** + Support and promote a culture of product excellence and a healthy product development lifecycle within the Roche Engineering Community. + Collaborate with product management on strategic roadmapping and alignment; help define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. + Work closely with architects, compliance, quality, engineering, operations, and cybersecurity teams to enable delivery of product features and services. + Act as a customer proxy with engineering teams to define and prioritize features and user stories; participate in agile ceremonies and draft iteration objectives to optimize workflow. + Facilitate clear communication with stakeholders, ensure transparency, manage expectations, coordinate escalations, and liaise with horizontal functions like SRE, Quality, Security, and PMO. + Continuously inspect and adapt processes to improve program quality, assess metrics, evaluate business value, and balance operations, bug fixes, and new features. + Build strong stakeholder relationships, prioritize user-centric design, collect and analyze feedback, manage risks and budgets, ensure documentation, and support product adoption through training. **Who you are:** + 5+ years of combined experience in software architecture, engineering, operations, and product ownership/management in SaaS, cloud-native, or internet-scale environments, with education in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience. + Deep understanding of AWS and its ecosystem (e.g., IAM, EC2, S3, Lambda, ECS), with hands-on experience in CI/CD practices, GitOps workflows, and tools like GitLab, ArgoCD, and Terraform. + Skilled in leading technical discussions around DevOps, platform engineering, and software delivery; knowledgeable in DevSecOps and integrating security into the development pipeline. + Experience working with complex toolchains and environments using Grafana, Splunk, Vault, and container orchestration solutions. + Fluent in English, familiar with Agile (Scrum or SAFe), experienced in backlog management and iterative delivery; able to manage product delivery in regulated environments and understands compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, HITRUST); healthcare domain experience is a strong plus. **What you get:** + Salary range 17 000 - 22 000 PLN gross based on the employment contract (Umowa o pracę). + Annual bonus payment based on your performance. + Pension plan. + Holiday allowance. + Dedicated training budget (training, certifications, conferences, diversified career paths etc.). + Recharge Fridays (2 Fridays off per quarter available). + Take time Program (up to 3 months of leave to use for any purpose). + Flex Location (possibility to perform our work from different places in the world for a certain period of time). + Take Time for Charity (additional paid leave of maximum 2 weeks to engage in the charity action of your choice). + Private healthcare ( LuxMed packages), group life insurance (UNUM) and Multisport. + Stock share purchase additions. + Yearly sales of company laptops and cars and many more! **APPLY DIRECTLY** **If you feel this offer suits a friend of yours, feel free to share it.** **Want to know what it’s like to be a part of Roche IT first-hand?
