CTG is seeking to fill a Technical Product Owner/Agile Project Manager opening for our client in Dallas, TX. Location: Dallas, TX Duration: 12 months Duties: • Lead pre-epic planning and readiness activities by engaging Epic Owners, Epic Troika, and ART Leads to refine backlog and feature scope • Develop detailed acceptance criteria for features, ensuring alignment with customer needs and organizational goals • Conduct discovery sessions to explore customer needs and develop insights that support holistic, customer-centric solutions • Define feature visions and roadmaps that align with strategic objectives and competitive positioning • Collaborate with Product Owners to elaborate feature details and assist in writing user stories • Support the development of architectural runway by working closely with ART Architects • Drive Epic and ART planning, creating and presenting strategic visions and roadmaps that align with business goals • Communicate prioritized features and milestones during PI Planning sessions to ensure alignment with business objectives • Manage post-epic planning execution, supporting continuous alignment and delivery success across ARTs Skills: • Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks, particularly SAFe, and ability to drive Agile planning activities • Proven ability to develop product visions, roadmaps, and customer-centric features • Ability to break down complex features into actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria • Excellent collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with business, technical, and architectural teams • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities Experience: • 5+ years of experience in a Product Owner, Agile Project Manager, or related role • Demonstrated success leading Agile initiatives within large enterprise environments • Experience working in or with Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and Epic-level planning processes • Prior experience with customer discovery, backlog refinement, and Agile ceremonies Education: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field is required • SAFe PO/PM certification or equivalent Agile certification is highly preferred Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
