We're now looking for a Technical Product Owner to join our Marine System Solutions development team — someone who can help us turn advanced technology into real-world solutions that matter **About the Technology & How We Work** Our team develops **Power Management Systems** for hybrid-electric vessels, built on the proven foundation of **Danfoss Editron inverters** and electrical machines. + We build **system application software** using **Beckhoff Automation** — combining in-house tools with carefully selected off-the-shelf solutions. + We embrace **Agile ways of working** , including sprint-based development, backlog refinement and prioritization, and regular team retrospectives. + Our team values **collaboration, transparency** , and continuous improvement. **Job Responsibilities** **What You'll Do** As a **Technical Product Owner** , you’ll play a critical role in translating complex customer and market needs into clear, actionable development work. Your responsibilities include: + Managing and prioritizing the product backlog + Leading sprint planning and refinement sessions + Collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand market and customer needs + Acting as a bridge between development teams, customers, and commercial teams + Clearly communicating product capabilities to internal and external audiences **Background & Skills** We’re looking for someone with a solid technical foundation and a collaborative mindset.
